Product Warranty Certification
The GlobalSIX System Warranty Certification Program offers all stake holders an additional product quality assurance and verification that the cabling installation complies with relevant standards and meets minimum performance requirements. GlobalSIX will replace any GlobalSIX component that fails during the 25 year warranty period *.
Warranty Certification Overview
LENGTH OF WARRANTY COVERAGE - 25 years
COVERAGE - Product replacement and associated labor guarantee*.
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
- Installation must meet all commercial building telecommunications cabling standards
- Installer must provide verified compliance with design, installation, operation and maintenance practices
- System must be installed by a GlobalSIX Certified Installer with an active Certified Installer Certificate.
PRODUCT REQUIREMENT
- GlobalSIX connectivity hardware and approved cable purchased from an authorised distributor
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Installer must submit warranty application, as-built floor plans, and certified link testing/passing reports.
- Installer must use approved CAT6A, CAT6 and Fiber testers with all test results submitted in raw test machine format and a PDF’s batch report. *Raw format must be submitted
WARRANTY HOLDER - The warranty will be registered to the end-user

Warranty Submission
In order to submit a project for Warranty Certification please save all the above required documents and test results in one folder label as per the following format: InstallerName - ProjectName - InstallationDate (Sample Systems - Sample Project - 13-01-16)
This folder can the be Zip compressed and emailed (smaller projects) or share via file sharing platform, preferably Dropbox (larger projects)
